Good company to start a career, offer good benefits and a very support environment that greatly emphasizes safety and wellbeing of employees as well as promoting ethical behaviors. I found that these messages were emphasized and demonstrated by all levels of management.

Cons

Depending on the department advancement opportunities can be challenging unless you are willing to relocate globally.
