      Pros

      I have been working in Johnson Controls for more than 2.5 years. Work from home facility (depends on team manager), no strict deadlines, leisure work most of the times

      Cons

      No proper cafeteria (only meals in afternoon and tea/coffee in evening are available). Very less chance to work on latest technologies though you get proper training to upgrade your skills.

      Pros

      Decent salary for the location (Northern Central Massachusetts). Decent 401K match (5%). Decent Health Insurance, if you don't have major conditions. Decent Long-term Disability Benefit. Decent Daycare Benefit. Decent Travel insurance and Life Insurance.

      Cons

      Salary while decent for the site's location is not competitive at all. No employee stock purchase program, even though 401K has company stock fund option. Paid vacation policy is very conservative.
