      Remote work Yearly performance pay increase Benefits Equipment provided by company Multiple ways to move up or departments within the company.

      Cons

      No internet reimbursement The NDC is still transitioning extra work load, sometime have more assignments which can be overwhelming. The annual performance review isnt solely based on performance, but also based on attendance.
