      Good MNC company to learn many new thing on IT

      Pros

      Having a good teamwork among SEA IT team to share knowledge and helping each other. Balance work and life with a good working environtment and good friends.

      Cons

      But no career growth, as each country there is 1 or 2 IT person being an IT coordinator. Even there was IT Manager post when I joined on 2007. No idea why the post has been removed.

      Pros

      JCI is a large diverse company that continues to excell during these hard times, they are a very Safety oriented employer and have a strong ethical commtment.

      Cons

      Sometimes loose contracts resulting in job losses. Seem not to make a strong commitment to the employees that have been displaced during a contract loss and don't extend many oportunities for past employed personel
