      Great people at least in Holland High value on making designing and manufacturing quality product

      Cons

      No career development not equal in promotions, very politically based (one hit wonders) Benefits dwindling each year Too much bureaucratic red tape in over burden-some processes Company values good quality but is not willing to invest (walk the talk) Too many mid to upper mid level managers not adding value (process managers) Not enough investment in low level professionals (workers making money)

      Good working environment, working with interesting and intelligent people, possibility for self development, paid and organized transport from home to work and back, paid food

      Cons

      Not equal fulfill with work, not even workers on same positions, many employee fluctuations, not enough skilled and experienced managers and supervisors especially when you are facing with some serious issues
