      JCI has an enormous support system within their Intranet System for training and general process as well as corporate information. They are a leader in the technology field.

      Cons

      Typical Large Corporation. They are not concerned with you as an employee or as an individual. Their bottom line is all that matters and jobs are eliminated to suit their needs without consideration of your performance, loyality or experience.

      Pros

      Intellectualy stimulating, great salary and benifits , intraprenural opportunities, and visdionary management. These are all the reason I enjoyed working at Johnson Controls.

      Cons

      willingness to work long hours and travel where ever and when ever you are needed along with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get a job completed to the customers satisfaction.

      Good, cheap benefits Good opportunity for advancement People are generally very nice Corporate focus is on ethics, security and sales.

      typical large public company, with focus on quarterly sales Not sure if it's a con: growth is generally by acquisition Non-mainstream business units get ignored for the most part Not as much focus on the customer as there should be
