Pros

No pros really disappointed with team and management

Cons

My experience with this team has been extremely disappointing and, at times, outright unacceptable. The work culture is highly demanding and shows little to no respect for work-life balance. There is frequent pressure to work on weekends, often without valid justification, creating unnecessary stress for employees. Management communication lacks empathy and understanding. Basic situations like requesting leave or taking short breaks are handled in a way that makes employees feel uncomfortable and undervalued. There appears to be a constant expectation to justify personal time, which is not reasonable in a professional environment. The overall atmosphere is restrictive, where even normal interactions among colleagues feel discouraged. This leads to a tense and demotivating workplace rather than a supportive team environment. In summary, the focus is heavily skewed toward productivity with minimal regard for employee well-being. A significant improvement in leadership approach, communication, and respect for personal boundaries is needed.
