Almost zero real benefits, the benefits package is padded out with cycle to work schemes, mental health therapy and 5% gift cards. Staff with the same roles and skill levels doing the same work with complete different benefit packages. Legacy staff will have cars, bonus and private healthcare etc. New hire staff get none of this and will be told it doesn’t exist. Way below market pay, at least 15-25%. Senior Management only care about numbers and are completely disconnected from line manager and below staff.
