Very Corporate- tons of meetings and metric manipulation

Good compensation. Lots of internal opportunities.

Cons

Musical chairs with role changes. People were always starting/quitting/changing roles. Too much of corporate KPI chasing. Appearance of productivity and updating metrics was valued more highly than functional efficiency. Escalating and discussing status of back orders was more important that root-causing preempting/preventing issues.
