Lots of rollouts so learning on-the-job. Ability to move to different departments. Good line managers largely.
Cons
The HR department are absolutely useless. They will not reply to a single email unless mgmt are cc'd, and even then, don't expect a sensible answer. Upper management are brutal. They will fire you in a heartbeat if it's the difference between hitting their bonus or not. You'll be hugely understaffed so you'll learn to work independently.

Fast paced environment. The work is very challenging. I enjoy it. I get all the training I want, I'm always learning.
Cons
There are no cons worth mentioning. The business and management are very supportive and JCI as a whole is very pleasant to be apart of. Especially within our group, we're tight. I couldn't ask for a better team.
