Pros

Nothing exceptional - the job tends to attract a wide range of people which can be exciting

Cons

8:45 - 18:00 hours with an unpaid half hour and 45 min break + unpaid 15min meeting with mandatory attendance. Any lethargy is immediately stamped out by managers. Consistent movement is expected. Constantly encouraged to go the extra mile in the hopes of getting an end-of-year bonus which never came. If you work for this company, you are treated like livestock.
