Pros

Discount was good at Waitrose and JL

Cons

Awful management from top down , bullying culture , no support for staff , very cliquey , recruit from within which creates absolutely poor level of quality, no respect for anyone who wants to do their best and make a career

Very competitive to be offered a permanent job as they only take staff on temp basis.

Pros

People you work with are lovely. As a student, there are much worse places to work!

Cons

Direction from upper- store management is chaotic. Very inflexible when it comes to taking time off: Store policy dictates staff must either work Christmas Eve or "Day of Sales" [27th Dec]. (Obviously not ideal if you're a student living away from home!)
