1. The application process is very interesting and dynamic. 2. The whole staff is very efficient, respectful, welcoming and friendly. 3. Competitive salary and positive work environment. 4. Great work/personal life balance. 5. The company has very inclusive values and strict non-discrimination policies.

Cons

For some people, the application process is a bit long but for me it was very fun, challenging, and it is a great filter to hire amazing people!

I don't commute, so I save tons of time, I work only Mondays through Fridays, have lots of extra time, the pay is fair, my team members are the best. I am really enjoying working here
