      Cool leadership team, supportive teammates, reasonable compensation & workload, fun company-wide activities, lenient yet just company policies

      Cons

      The working schedule is US/EST so if you are from the other side of the world, you have to adjust your entire routine and life.

      Pros

      Applying for a virtual position was simply so daunting but I feel since I have joined Job Duck, my mental health and perspective of what a healthy work environment entails have certainly shifted and all for the better! I enjoy the freedom the hours allow me to have and the fact I get to do something I love, all while from the comfort of my own home and space is definitely a plus! I was worried that working online from home would also take all of the 'human' element out of normal office interactions, but I have never felt closer to a team than I do now!

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours - even though I do really love them - can deter me from enjoying certain celebrations as we work from all over the world, I am not based in the time zone Job Duck operates in, but it only means I enjoy time spent with family and friends more! So not really a negative here!

      Pros

      You have the opportunity to create your own workspace that contributes to a positive work environment. This just makes me feel happy while working and it inspires me to do the best that I can everyday.

      Cons

      You can get too comfortable if you do not set a schedule.
