Pros

-The trainers are nice, -After 3 months of investing time, you might get a job however they could fire you without reason at any moment. Their contracts are the typical U.S massive exploiter company that is interested in their benefits ONLY even if that is absurdly disrespectful to you and your time, that is really non of their concern

Cons

This is just the kind of company to avoid. All of their positive comments are just meant to give a false facade. They truly want the best people at the lower cost and will let them go without reason or hesitation. I endured a 3-month process, passed each stage and I had to wait a long time finally, they had a client for me, and I told them I was having a different interview at a different process and would rather wait and not waste anyone's time. When I was sure I could have the interview they said no because whatever non-sense reason and that's it. 3 months wasted on a red flag company I should have never trusted honestly... I read negative comments and still tried.

We appreciate your comments and feedback. Our company ensures a respectful approach toward our staffers and clients' time and schedules. We count on clear clauses and specifics when setting up a meeting between both parties- because we understand that some candidates may be going having different application processes, personal issues, and current jobs while going through our application filters. We are true to our core values, and respect the worth, time, and qualities of our applicants. Pros

They don't ask for previous experience if you demonstrate you are a capable worker. All you need is your own equipment, proficient English, and a degree to apply. The application process isn't too complex, you just need to follow instructions.

Cons

The application process can be a little long. Also, we are only hiring people from specific LATAM and African Countries.
