      Pros

      You work from home, regular office hours with a great team. You will not be working extra hours, so by the end of the day, you can enjoy your free time and have a work-life balance. You can manage your time better and be more productive while working from home. You can save money and time by not commuting or by cooking your own lunch at home. You get to work with people outside of your country and grow professionally. The salary is better than what you'd usually earn for the same job in your country.

      Cons

      No health insurance so far you only get paid medical leaves. Also you have to follow a US calendar and work on some of your country's holidays.

      - Home office - Salary in US dollars - Amazing work environment - Set schedule - Clear rules and responsibilities

      Cons

      None so far. I should point out that, although this is a remote position and we all work from home, it is an actual job and needs to be treated with the seriousness it deserves.

      Great support system. Paid training. Opportunity to grow. Salary increase opportunity. Work with US based companies.

      Cons

      You can't choose the client you get assigned to so the Time difference is sometimes a little hard to get use to but other than that it is amazing.
