Pros

- The salary is decent compared to other jobs in Latam. - You might get some adittional work benefits depending on your country's employment laws. - Job Duck's trainers are kind and helpful.

Cons

- The recruiting process is long. Mine took about 3 months, from the initial interview, skills assessments, training and finally being matched to a client. If you urgently need to start working, this is not a great option. - The level of micromanagement from the client is INSANE. I understand the importance of keeping everyone in the loop, especially if you work remotely. Still, I would suggest some type of training from GSU or Job Duck to the clients so they can better handle and keep track of their employee's productivity, instead of reaching the point of harassing them through emails and messages if they don't answer in a minute. - In my case, I started working with a client that did not provide adequate training on how to use their tools or even any type of learning material to better understand their protocols. They are extremely busy people so they wont' hang around to chit-chat and answer a bunch of questions that a new hire might have, but they expect no errors.
