Pros
Working in Ground Operations is insanely easy. You work hard for 45 minute bursts, and often have hour or more breaks between flights. Once you get to know your team members, it's very easy to establish a rhythm and the basic tasks become natural.
Cons
There is a high turn-over rate. Among the employees that stick around for over a year, there is a heavy sense of entitlement, however that can be expected when much of what happens to an employee is based on his/her seniority with the company. Performance is rarely a relevant factor. The company preaches the values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun, and it is clear that the further down the list you go, the importance of each value diminishes.
