Pros

Fast-paced, values-driven, fun organization. Dynamic environment, tons of learning opportunities, and wonderful flight benefits. Also good leadership training for managers and above

Cons

Political, flat organization, tends to be reactionary based on leadership preferences. Airline pay is low and doesn't offer much room for performance increase

Pros

Great vision and culture. The people are what makes JetBlue. Most follow the company values to a tee. Beautiful HQ office space, though it is in a lousy area of Long Island City, Queens.

Cons

A nearly impossible commute by car to LSC (HQ). Management needs to follow firmer business processes now that the company is becoming a mid sized organization. There are some bad apples anywhere but a JetBlue the ones that are here tend to get more of a free ride with not enough discipline.
