Pros

The overall outlook of the crew is positive. You have to bring a positive attitude to get one in return.

Cons

There is very little flexible for work/family balance as a new flight attendant. The schedule is not consistent.

Org Dev Area Looking Up

Pros

VP Simi gone from H/R after almost 100% of crew members she hired bailed. A non-leader in charge of leadership, Simi has been "promoted" away from headquarters likely to minimize damage to the core company and crewmembers. Things now seem to be looking up. Good, courteous culture.

Cons

Stock shares flat due to maturity of company. Not a lot of upside on options. Work life balance doesn't really exist. Work areas stink guys - its like making airline seats smaller. You wouldn't do it to your customer so why do it to your crewmembers?
