The Core Values are fantastic, they have an excellent people team and want to know that all employees are inspiring humanity.

Cons

Room to grow in my current role due to it being a background in higher education.

Pros

I loved working for JetBlue. They do a really great job of appreciating their employees and improving morale.

Cons

The travel was hard to use, don't work at JetBlue just for that. When you are in customer service you will likely talk to mostly upset people. That can weigh on you sometimes.

Under paid, time away from home, non Union, constant work rules and changes. To much gray.
