Great culture, the people are amazing and fun to work with, travel is a common interest for most of the team, work load is manageable and interesting, it's 100% OPPOSITE of getting coffee for your boss type of internship, you learn a lot about the travel industry if you haven't been involved before, everyone at the company is nice and open to talking to you, they give you the option to shadow other departments incase you are interested in multiple fields

Cons

Because it's a large company, it can take a while to get things approved but it always gets done
