Pros

You get to fly for free

Cons

Your superiors don’t know absolutely nothing and then treat you like crap. JetBlue lost its culture after the pandemic and no one cares anymore.

Pros

Schedule flexibility once you’ve put in at least 5 years. Flying benefits are the best feature if you have the time. Great culture overall. The Crewmembers take care of themselves.

Cons

Constant changes to job procedures and work rules/legalities. The Flight Attendants voted in a union for this several years ago and it really hasn’t gotten any better. They’re just keeping up with industry trends but not doing anything more to enhance and standout amongst other carriers. Most recent wins are really things we already had in the past and “re-sold”. The new merger will surely bring more pain points to this department.
