Pros

Initially, the organization promoted team work, postitive growth & camaraderie. Brand recognition was at a high prior to the last CEO being hired. Stock price reflected change in leadership

Cons

Plug and play leadership. No core commitment to the business on the ground where most of the heavy work was done. Unfortunate for what was an innovative low cost airline concept.
