Pros

Benefits are cool and flexibility

Cons

Great workers aren’t appreciated. Thats the exact reason this place is a revolving door when it comes to employees. All they care about is having bodies whether you can do the job or not. It’s really unfortunate honestly. I love workig with airplanes. Just the practices and the way Ground operations crew members are treated really really sucks. They really treat you like you are disposable.
