Has great facilities and some of the newest training devices to work on. You are provided the tools to properly do your job. However, there is a lack of communication from management, morale is low and everyone seems to be looking for how to get out of the department t. As an external hire from another airline I was surprised to find that most of the training department had 6 years or less of experience not only in training, but in the airline industry.
