Pros

Company takes care of its employees with annual raises, salary and benefits reviews every 3 years, great company benefits, a retirement account, stock options, and life and health insurance. You have the ability to trade schedules, pick up more hours and have a great work-life balance.

Cons

Physical jobs that test you with weather changes. When irregular operations occur, you will get extended past your scheduled day but will be compensated.
