Pros

Great company! Leadership is very communicative and it has a great culture of fun.

Cons

Mostly domestic flying. Days can be very long and mid level management can be very passive at times. There is also a bit of inconsistency.

Pros

Amazing benefits great environment everyone works really hard and as a team to make sure each customer is able to arrive to their destination. Lots of opportunity for overtime

Cons

Irops (cxl flights, delays) Early and late hours which is difficult if u have a family Crazy strict.

Pros

JetBlue is a great company. They are always informing their employees about what's going on in the company and the industry. They give you a small bonus if all goals are met. As a company they are remarkable.

Cons

San Francisco is a unique station. Leadership does not really manage. They play favorites. If you get in with them you can get away with anything. Some employees take long breaks. Some employees do nothing and others do all the work.
