Sadly the culture and values do not match up. Employees are not treated well and management cares less.

Was able to change shifts with other employees all of the time, Travel Benefits, working from home,

When flights are cancelled or delayed because of bad weather, customers can get very rude. Open 24 hrs. a day, 365 days a year They push selling their Credit Card and docked you if they listened to calls and you did not offer it on every single call!! Taking calls became long and monotonous...
