Pros

Benefits are great. You can flight for free, your parents flight for free and your spouse or significant other. They also give you passes that you can give to friends and family so they can travel for free, with the passes you will have to pay the taxes.

Cons

The delays are the worst part of the job and also angry or rude customers.

Pros

Great career opportunities. Very diverse. Once you have control of your schedule, you have great work/life balance.

Cons

Lowest paid flight attendants in the industry. Contract with the Union is useless. They’ve found loopholes around it by enforcing a different rule book, that’s mentioned in the contract, where they change the rules very frequently. Management is lazy and useless as they barely knows what they’re doing. Crew scheduling doesn’t know what they’re doing. Their core values are not being implemented at all. There’s a lot of aggressive tactics being pursued here.
