Pros

Modern uniforms. Updated aircrafts. Great destinations.

Cons

Medical benefits need better coverage and much lower or non existant premium. Coaching policy needs lots of improvement. Collaborative representation is a must as there are loopholes on policy against employees. Some managers need to be replaced for more affable ones. Take care of your employees and they be more happy. Pros

The travel benefits and flexible schedule make this company a joy to work for, I have been able to experience some of the most amazing places and people since working for Jetblue

Cons

Pay could be better (considering fast food workers are now making $15 an hour at many places)
