Not what it once was...

Pros

JetBlue is a fantastic company, don't get me wrong. They are definite pioneers in the aviation industry and working there for many years, I was privileged to take part in that. Most people at a peer level can be very supportive and there are many people from the company I still talk to.

Cons

Leadership does not have a vision and there is not much support from a Crewleader perspective.

Pros

travel, pay (after 5 years), flexibility with schedule (after 5 years), co workers not at the management level, good bases

Cons

benefits are terrible, management has taken a nose dive, terrible pay the first 5 years then sub par after that for the industry standard, terrible morale, upper management and headquarters rampant with discrimination, favoritism, harassment and just down right horrible
