Business Outlook

Pros

The travel benefits are unmatched. Especially if you can manage getting VTO and then going on vacation. Or better yet if this income is used as supplementary then you are really golden. *Opportunities for growth if you want to work you way up. 5 stars for the benefits, the compensation is like 2 stars

Cons

The hourly wage is quite low to a normal call center type job. Code Reds suck! you basically are required to work a few hours even if you are not scheduled. It is kind of crazy.
