Pros

Company has great culture and crewmembers really look out for each other. Benefits are great, 401k, uniforms and parking provided

Cons

Pay need to increase to compensate for leadership positions. Leaders are asked to make too many sacrifices for the good of company and always fairly compensated

Pros

Great company to work for. Working for this company felt like home. I lived at work doing 60- 80 hours a week. Excellent benefits, loved working with this company and if they move to my State in Greenville, SC I would work for them again.Everyone at the blue works together. Was able to create my own schedule and work how many hours I want.

Cons

I can't say I have any cons about this Company, everyone works to get the job done and keeps the crew members in mind
