      Big business with a family feel. Supportive of professional development and offers many opportunities to try new things. Your work schedule is flexible with opportunities for full and part time.

      Cons

      Resources and people are stretched too thin so you take on extra work. You have many development opportunities but there is not a defined path for career advancement.
