Pros
Very good company to work for. Solid HR department who were always available for questions or concerns an employee might have. Excellent retirement plan in place with very strong employer contributions. Overall JetBlue is a company that puts huge value in their work force and treats the work force as their number one assets. A great company to work for.
Cons
In some areas there were too many levels of management which had a tendency to confuse things and slow down productivity.
