      Huge responsibility as a junior engineer with endless resources and support

      Pros

      - A ton of really smart, driven people who care about their work - Kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks, happy hours every week - Rapidly gain experience in full SDLC with distributed systems - Huge amount of support learning an unusual tech stack - Great pay and benefits - Can't speak for other positions, but engineers enjoy a comfortable work/life balance

      Cons

      - A lot of organizational change due to Walmart means teams have been shuffling around more frequently. Seems to have stabilized for now.

      Great place to grow as a software engineer

      Pros

      I work on the front-end team that works directly on Jet.com. Like any workplace, it is what you make of it. Some pros: 1. There are lots of systems to explore when working for a large company on a high-traffic website. More learning opportunities. 2. General openness to tech & process improvements of any kind. 3. Biannual(?) hackathons, where you can work on any cool tech project, Jet-related or not. 4. Awesome teammates.

      Cons

      The commute from Queens to Hoboken isn't great. However, I may just move to Jersey City one of these days.

      Amazing place to work

      Pros

      - Incredibly smart and motivated people - Wonderful and supportive culture - Amazing Office - Cool Product

      Cons

      I can't really think of too many so far. Maybe some better benefits for referrals would be good but thats an incredibly minor complaint and not a very big deal for me.

I know how busy your day can be so taking the time to leave such positive feedback is appreciated. I agree with you 100% that we work with some of the most motivated and intelligent people. Our office space is out of this world cool, especially the view, snacks and cold brew coffee on tap.
