No mundane here. Change is the only thing consistent about Jet. Fast paced, great culture, opportunities to grow if you take control of the situation.

Cons

Now is a huge company so the start-up feel is gone.

Positive Environment Excellent Pay Rates Quarterly Bonuses Pay raise every 6 monthe 401k Guaranteed full time hours Growth Opportunities

Cons

The health insurance is cheap, but it doesn't pay much if you go to the doctor or hospital. The previous coverage before Walmart came in was excellent!

Pros

intellectually competitive culture yet minimum or non existent office politics, friendly and extremely smart coworkers, perks, best office space on the East coast, pay, tech events,location, well defined career path etc. I have been around for a while and worked for some very famous brands but this is by far my best job .

Cons

The firm should continue to strive to recruit world class talent .
