Terrible leadership, no career paths

Nice office, good perks (unlimited PTO, happy hours in office, etc)

Cons

Leadership is terrible. Management avoids tough decisions and doesn't set top down vision and goals, so priorities change constantly and everything becomes a fire drill. Levels and comp are extremely inconsistent across the company and between Walmart/Jet. No career paths for mid or junior level folks, very little opportunity to advance. Tons of good people leaving.
