They treat temporary employees very bad

Pros

You get to see how they run the business and treat employees like garbage

Cons

Beware if you get hired on as a temporary employee you better have a back up job. They treat temps differently from employees. They make up lies as to why you are no longer needed. They said I was disrupting the team . Im a 50 year old women I dont mess around I do my job and I do it professionaly. My first meeting with a so called supervisor was the most disturbing interaction I have ever had at a work place. He was judging me on my first day on the phone. Saying I was not good enogh to be a jet employee and thought I was there from Amazon to bring jet down lol.

Truly sorry that you had a less than average experience while employeed at Jet, this is never how we want any of our employees to feel, whether you work for us for a short or long time. Pros

Relaxed environment, free snacks/drinks, excellent training program, friendly environment, opportunities for growth

Cons

Shipping policies and procedures, 30 minute cancellation window, and packing everything into one box (liquids and chips for instance are crushed constantly) not sure how this company is making money.

It's great to hear you enjoy the snacks and other perks that we offer at Jet. I agree we have a large pool with plenty of room for growth. You bring up some great points that really should be escalated with our shipping and policy pain points you are seeing. open discussion, everyone's work has impact, great values, good for self-motivated people

Cons

lack of project management resources, rapid growth can be hard to keep track of, office space becoming crowded as construction on new space continues
