Pros
Fun, motivating, and fast paced environment! There isn't a day that goes by that there isn't laughter and enjoyment, which is extremely encouraging from an employees standpoint. The fact that jet has invested in a position that is focused on the culture piece, really shows that they are investing in their employees, and that is extremely rare. The leadership from the top down with Jet is fantastic, and with the addition of Walmart's acquisition has actually been able to give Jet employees more opportunity for development and on the benefits side (which doesn't hurt). It actually makes me very sad most people don't get to experience such a great place to work, and that some actually have an experience like the movie Office Space or the show The Office. I highly recommend Jet, and would encourage anyone on the fence of a decision to take the plunge and #workpurple like the rest of us!
Cons
Just like a majority of start ups there are kinks that have to be worked out over time, and that is to just be expected. Over all though, the kinks that need to be worked out are obvious and there is a team dedicated to make work flows more efficient.
