Good e-commerce foundation for someone early in their career. Competitive salaries and great benefits. Some very talented people.

Cons

Jet integrated into the larger Walmart.com organization, which is encumbered by inefficient processes and tools. Potential for long term career development is very unclear.

- Opportunities to take the lead on interesting projects - Opportunities to learn systems/processes/best practices - Environment is face paced; you will never be bored

Cons

- Horrible work life balance - Unclear steps for advancement - Bonus is on a curve, which leads to high intensity, high competition environment - Training is terrible; you need to teach yourself and perform as though you didn't need to take the extra time to understand systems
