      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to grow and promote at the specific site. Over half of managers were promoted at some point from hourly Associates/Leads!

      Cons

      Lack of mobility across different Walmart buildings/sites.

      Pros

      PTO, new facility, many good people

      Cons

      There is a divide between management and the rest of the employees. Many PMs are good hard workers, however many OPS managers are rude and cause drama. Managers abuse their power or utilize their title inappropriately. Managers talk maliciously behind employees backs and it is just not appropriate. If management does not like you then it is known and it is hard to dig out of that hole.
