      Pros

      excellent piers with vast knowledge, people with commitment and dedication. great facilities with flexible time to take your breaks if not taken on time.

      Cons

      Some of the management not all. with lack of leadership and knowledge. Investigations related to personnel is treated with discriminations. As I always mention a LEADER is born not raised.

      Pros

      Great benefits and pay! Johnson and Johnson is a great company to be connected with for other opportunities. Promotions are available for those who want to move up in the company.

      Cons

      There seems to be a new sense of extreme competitiveness in Johnson and Johnson. Although this is great for the Janssen's bottom dollar, the culture has changed, and solid reps are leaving.
