Pros
They have good intentions and have really stepped up in the area of new product development and newly approved meds. Excellent products and improvement in marketing.
Cons
They change leadership every couple of years and with it, change strategies, direction, focus, etc. Its hard to keep up with the new Mgmnt faces that revolve in and out. This is disconcerting and frustrating to the field sales force. The ' credo' values of J&J are spoken of, but have mostly disappeared in recent years unfortunately. Much of upper management are from outside J&J and don't seem to have the same loyalty to employees.
