      -Very flexible work environment/hours -Everyone is friendly -Strong commitment to integrity through the credo -Supportive and encouraging management -Terrific atmosphere

      Cons

      -There are many offices divided by disease states so scheduling in person meetings can be a challenge because colleagues in your functional area may be in another state. This is more than made up for by excellent conferencing software.
