Cons
Calcified bureaucratic layers of useless processes they call 'work" is a waste of Co.'s funds and employees potential. Everything is done in a circular way nothing is straightforward and economical , many things seems to be there for no reason but to make extra work seem important. Cost of quality is astronomical but upper management is too busy cashing stock options to notice.Culture of do as you told and follow the processes that seem to develop the same way as natural sediments of Earth. One can find calcified remains of middle management among those layers of dung.
