Pros
Good salary, good benefits. Especially if you have or plan to have children. On-site daycare (3 locations, to be discontinued in 2026), health/dental insurance, Backup care, 12 weeks parental leave (mothers get additional, I don't know how much)
Cons
VERY slow progression, and way too much politics to navigate progression. I've repeatedly heard from leadership that time in position is the #1 indicator for promotions. Also, respect for people's work-life balance varies a lot depending on which team you're working with (including stakeholders you're supporting).
