Hours. 4.00pm finish of Friday. Flexible hours. Gym. Private Healthcare etc.
Cons
Some are more equal than others. Promotion goes to the chosen one's even though they put you through an assessment centre for promotion. The results are never seen or published. Every promotion has someone's name on it. Hard work goes un- recognised. Good people are leaving and the unreliable remain. Individual Depts have major problems which have been mentioned many times of people's exit interviews but nothing is done.
