      The work hours and planning your own time is very flexible. Thus, Janssen is a great place to work when you have children.

      Cons

      The internal processes for creating events and materials are quite demanding from time to time. However; A new structure has been created to sort this out.

      Good personal benefits, the Company cares about their employes and it is possible to have a good work-family balance. Stable Company with possibilities to move to different departments

      Cons

      Difficult to get to manager positions. Very strict budget for courses and business trips. Too many policies and burocratic.
